Vision:
Our purpose and heart's desire is that Calvary Chapel Beachside's Children's Ministry be a ministry where children will come to experience and embrace the love of God through Jesus Christ; growing to know, love, and serve Him through the teaching of the Bible, prayer and fellowship; where children learn to worship the Lord with their head and their heart, and to fill their lives with prayer as they grow in faith and the grace and knowledge of Jesus, seeking to glorify God in all things; where parents are equipped and encouraged to effectively carry out their responsibility to nurture the faith of their children "that they may set their hope in God."

Mission
In order to move toward this vision becoming a reality, all aspects of what we do must stem from it. Therefore, our mission seeks to provide the following ministry activities and resources:
  • Sunday and Wednesday services focusing on the teaching of the Word, worship, prayer and fellowship.
  • Curriculum that is God-centered, emphasizing the greatness of God, the glory of Christ, and the power of the Gospel, and that includes parent/child study pages
  • Summer Vacation Bible School
  • Children's Christmas Choir
  • Parenting books, CD's and other resources
  • Parenting classes
  • Teacher training opportunities
  • Beachside Summer Fest outreach
